How to use
- Gift certificates are issued by Santa Clara County Parks and are redeemable for certain Parks merchandise, reservations, annual passes, and more.
- A Santa Clara County Parks gift certificate may only be used on our website (gooutsideandplay.org), at the Santa Clara County Parks administration office located at 5965 Silver Creek Valley Road, San José, CA 95138, and at the following parks when a staff member is present at the kiosk or service window: Field Sports Park, Vasona Lake Park, Los Gatos Creek Park, Martial Cottle Park, and Metcalf Motorcycle Park. Gift certificate usage at the listed parks is subject to change.
Terms and conditions
- Gift certificates with a value of less than ten dollars ($10) are redeemable in cash for their cash value. Cash redemptions will only be processed at the Santa Clara County Parks administration office, located at 5965 Silver Creek Valley Road, San José, CA 95138.
- Gift certificates are otherwise non-refundable and do not have an expiration date.
- While Santa Clara County Parks will attempt to replace gift certificates that have been lost, Santa Clara County Parks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use.
