Parks communications and marketing program is at the heart of the department managing all public relations and strategies to ensure an honest and positive representation of the Parks Department Mission and Vision. From providing educational information and outreach of all the amazing things happening in Parks like park improvements, development, public safety and advertisement of special events like Fantasy of Lights and dedication events to managing the department social media, communicating things like climate change and the effects on open space as well as the benefits of Parks and the great outdoors.
