Parks training enthusiastically connects staff with training opportunities through creative avenues to enhance the knowledge and abilities of staff to support program needs and professional development. 

The training program enhances engagement and positively impacts department culture by improving staff's ability to understand each other, understand job requirements and perform job functions. Training staff are responsible for facilitating, planning, designing, seeking training opportunities, developing educational framework, tracking learning and development, enhancing engagement and implementing department wide initiatives.
